Following the successful launch of the original series of 12 eight-inch storybook dolls called 'Sandy's ADORA-ble Friends,' Adora, Inc.® is pleased to announce there will be a set of six new characters added to this popular collection at the IDEX show/convention scheduled to be held at the RIO in Las Vegas at the end of June.  This second series of six 8-inch full body vinyl 'friends' will highlight the states of Ohio, Virginia, Alaska, New Jersey,  Mississippi and the country of China.  The stories will celebrate a visit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the 400th Anniversary of the founding of Jamestown, panning for gold in Alaska, participating in the New Jersey Lighthouse Challenge, a cruise on the Mississippi River in a Paddle-wheel Steamboat and celebrate the Chinese New Year. The author of the books, Margaret Mardyniak has once again called upon her vivid imagination with tales of adventure that have inspired our factory artists and designers to create charming outfits for the characters in these delightful stories.  Adora cordially invites all of its devoted collectors to travel along with Sandy and all of her ADORA-ble friends.
