The Collectors' Information Bureau has announced the judge's picks for the top collectible items in the various categories of the Collector's Choice Awards 's and Nupka from the Adora Limited Edition Collection has been selected as a finalist in the Dolls/Plush Category for Over $100.  Now the public is invited to cast their votes through April 15.

The judging panel, comprised of distinguished leaders in the collectibles industry, selected the finalists based on four criteria: excellence in concept, design, and execution; value represented by price and quality; quality of materials and workmanship; and overall aesthetic appeal.
