To become an Adora doll dealer store,

  1. An Adora dealer should be a doll, giftware, collectible, specialty toy retailer or other acceptable stores, which shall be verified by photos of the store inside and out or by the Adora’s Rep, open to the public for walk-in traffic a minimum of five days a week. (If seasonal only, please define)
  2. An Adora dealer shall agree NOT to transship or to act as an agent for third resellers in the sale of dolls and accessories without specific prior written approval from
  3. An Adora dealer shall promote and market dolls and accessories in a manner that supports and enhances their collectibility and to maintain a prominent display of products.
  4. An Adora dealer shall agree to maintain a valid dealership status by adhering to agreed upon terms of credit as stated on our order forms.
  5. Adora reserves the right to open or terminate a dealership at Adora's discretion.
